Shipping
All in stock items are available and ready for immediate shipment. Shipping can take from 3 business days up to two weeks depending on what shipping zone you are in. All orders are shipped via USPS mail and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer therefore customer must provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. Sweet Classy Lass is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses. If the order is returned to Sweet Classy Lass due to invalid or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and must pay for fees before order can be reshipped to the correct address.
Customer will receive an email update with a tracking number as soon as order has been shipped. The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update any current info.
Please be aware that Sweet Classy Lass is not responsible for any shipping errors made by the postal service or for orders lost or stolen during transit. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.
We do not express ship orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally. You can checkout as normal on our website. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee, and you will be responsible for those extra charges. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item MUST be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including attached tags ( if any). Only damaged goods will receive return labels. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable, should you return any item.
Items must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damages. You may also want to purchase tracking/insurance on your return package as Sweet Classy Lass will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Your items need to have the proof of purchase (packing slip). Returned packages without a proof of purchase will be shipped back to customers at their own expense.
Sweet Classy Lass is not obligated to authorize a return for claims AFTER indicated dates.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, claims must be made over email and include a picture of defect within 14 calendar days. Claim will not be honored otherwise. Any return not considered a damage will be returned at customer’s own expense.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations must be requested by written form (email) for documentation purposes. No cancellations accepted after shipment. All sales are non-refundable.
NO REFUND POLICY/STORE CREDIT
Once we’ve received your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then notify you on the status of your return after item inspection. If your return is approved, we’ll then initiate a store credit to your account unless otherwise noted/negotiated.
We can not guarantee stock for a return item.
Refunds will NOT be issued.
All CLEARANCE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
FILE DAMAGED/RETURN CLAIM
To file a damaged item or return claim, please email customercare@sweetclassylass.com
Please include the following: name, order #, quantity, color/variant, reason for return claim, and photo proof of damage.
Refunds for damage items will be approved by management.
Sweet Classy Lass reserves the right to amend or change our Return and Refund Policy at any time, for any reason.
